Shock-Rocker Marilyn Manson released his album Eat Me, Drink Me earlier this year, and the first single from the album was called Heart-Shaped Glasses (When the Heart Guides the Hand). The song was much more pop oriented than most of his earlier stuff. It peaked at #24 on the Mainstream Rock charts. Enjoy!
Pearl Jam's last #1 hit on any chart was 2006's Worldwide Suicide, which went to #1 on the Billboard Modern rock charts. This video is footage of their live performance on Saturday Night Live last year. Enjoy!
Have you been keeping up with the Next Great American Band? If not, you might want to check it out. There are some pretty good bands on the show, but The Muggs are really good. Here they are performing Bob Dylan's Meet Me In The Morning as well as one of their original songs called Slow Curve. Enjoy!
Here's Velvet Revolver's The Last Fight, which was released as a single a few weeks ago. It's a great rock ballad from these veteran rockers. It's already at #12 o the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts. Enjoy!
Won't Go Home Without You hasn't officially been released yet as Maroon 5's 3rd single from their latest album, It Won't Be Soon Before Long, but the video has been, so I'm sure the single will be released soon. Enjoy!
Chevelle's latest single, I Get It, peaked at #5 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts a few weeks back. Their first #1 hit on both the Mainstream and Modern Rock charts was 2003's Send the Pain Below. According to drummer Sam Loeffler, "Send The Pain Below is about taking the hardships in your life and making art out of it. Because, you gotta get it out some way." Enjoy!

Nickelback's 2001 single How You Remind Me hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts back on December 22, 2001 and was #1 for four weeks. This was the last time a true hard rock/heavy metal act hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. This shows how much Rap and R&B have taken over the charts....which is sad to me, but of course I'm biased towards Rock! Enjoy!
Teenagers is My Chemical Romance's third single off their latest album called The Black Parade. It's currently sitting at #13 on the Billboard Modern Rock charts. And, they should be thrilled because it's #1 on the Phillipines singles charts as well! Enjoy!

Here's the Australian rock band Wolfmother performing their 2006 single Woman. Woman won the 2007 Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance. This is a great rocking guitar song. Enjoy!
This is great footage! It's Guns 'N Roses performing a couple of songs from last year's Download 2006 music festival in England's Donington Park. This is the same place where the Monsters of Rock festivals took place in the 80's and 90's. Axl brought Sebastian Bach onstage with him to sing My Michelle and they closed the festival with a great version of Paradise City. You'll notice that guitarist Izzy Stradlin is back and performing, which is great to see. Other than Axl, he's the only original member still in the band. No matter though, they still sound great! Enjoy!
P.S. If you are offended by profanity, be forewarned, there are a couple of F-bombs throughout the set...
The Prodigy are most famous in America for their 1996 singles Firestarter and Smack My Bitch Up. From December 23 - March 17, Pain by Three Days Grace spent 13 weeks atop the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts. It also spent four weeks atop the Billboard Modern Rock charts. It's their biggest hit so far in their short career. Enjoy!
Animals was released as a radio only single by Nickelback back in late 2005. It was the 2nd single released from their All The Right Reasons CD. This is a great song to crank up in your car on a road trip. It's also got some serious legs considering I still hear it almost every morning on the radio coming into work, and it's over two years old now. (It's also funny to hear some people sing the words, because I don't think they quite understand exactly what the song is about...)
It peaked at #1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts, and Nickelback usually opens up their concerts with the song because the songs intensity quickly gets the crowd going. They didn't shoot an official video for the song, but they did record an AOL Sessions video. Here it is. Enjoy!
The Killers covered the song Shadowplay by Joy Division for the 1997 film Control, which is about the late Ian Curtis' life. Ian was the lead singer for the band Joy Division. (Note: Even though the video says the song is Uncle Johnny, it is in fact Shadowplay.) Enjoy!
Speak by Godsmack went to #1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts back in March of 2006 and spent six weeks atop the chart. The song has only four lines in addition to the chorus. It's definitely my favorite Godsmack song and video. Enjoy!
