Hinder - Without You

Hinder's newest single is called Without You. This one has top 40 written all over it. That's not a bad thing, but Hinder's a strange case. They have the look of a heavy metal band. They're going to be touring with Motley Crue next year, but when they record songs like this one, you'd swear they were merely a pop band. Nevertheless, Without You is a good song and will do well on both the pop and rock charts. It's already at #69 on the Billboard Pop 100 charts and #35 on the Mainstream Rock charts. It's their second single from their Take It To The Limit CD. Use Me, the first single from the album, has peaked at #3 so far on the Mainstream Rock charts. Enjoy!

I'm Outta Time is set to be the second single from Oasis' Dig Out Your Soul album. It's already being praised as one of Oasis' best songs in years. The first single from the album The Shock of the Lightning peaked at #3 on the U.K. Singles charts and #12 on the Billboard Modern Rock charts. I'm Outta Time should do better considering it's a really good song. Enjoy!

Gavin Rossdale - Love Remains The Same - Official Music Video

Gavin Rossdale's latest solo single Love Remains The Same is slowly climbing the charts here in the states. Currently, it's sitting at #76 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and #33 on the Modern Rock charts. I like this song and hope it charts higher, but I don't think he's getting the same kind of support from his record label as he did back when he was fronting Bush. So, it probably isn't going to chart that high. I could be wrong though. We shall see. A few months ago, I featured a video of Gavin singing this song on the Ellen show. Enjoy!

INXS' second single from their 2006 Switch album was called Afterglow. In this video, new lead singer J.D. Fortune and his then-girlfriend Estella Warren hang out in a loft in downtown Los Angeles. This is actually a really good song, but it only charted in America on the Billboard Adult Top 40 charts peaking at #20. It did make it to #3 on the Canadian Singles charts. Enjoy!

Linkin Park - Shadow Of The Day

Shadow of the Day is Linkin Park's newest single that was just released from their Minutes to Midnight album. From Wikipedia's description: The video shows Chester Bennington waking up and his alarm clock reads 11:55, the current Doomsday Clock time, referencing the album title Minutes to Midnight and the song which is the 5th song on the album. The video is over four minutes long, meaning that the time at the end would be 11:59 PM, or one minute to midnight. Chester then watches the news, washes up, gets dressed, and goes outside.

We then see that the video takes place in a war torn world, where mass chaos is ensuing on the streets of the city. There is a lot of violence going on with many police and gunshots. Near the end of the video, a car is set on fire and bursts into flames in one of the most intense shots of the video. Chester then stands in front of the burning car, while looking hopelessly at the carnage that surrounds him. He then turns towards the flames, and the video fades to black.

Currently, the song is sitting at #17 on the Billboard Modern Rock charts, but I'm sure it'll soar up the charts in the next few weeks. Enjoy!
