Melissa Etheridge - Message To Myself

Message to Myself is the first single from Melissa Etheridge's new album, The Awakening. It's a song that reminds her to remember the positive things in her life. The album conveys her current autobiographical, religious and political perspectives. This is a good song. Enjoy!

Avril Lavigne - When You're Gone and Complicated

Avril Lavigne is probably considered more pop than rock, but I like her music because she's not a pop princess. She's got a harder edge to her music. Her latest single is called When You're Gone and the video spent 4 days at #1 on MTV's TRL countdown. Her first single was called Complicated. The video spent 9 days at #1 on the TRL countdown, and the song peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Enjoy both videos!

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts - A.C.D.C. and I Love Rock N' Roll

Joan Jett just keeps on rockin'. She'll be 49 years old on Saturday. In June of last year, she released her first album with new material since 1994. One of the singles from that album is called A.C.D.C., and the video features the beautiful Ms. Carmen Electra. Jett is most famous for her hit single "I Love Rock N' Roll", which was #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts from March 20 to May 8, 1982. Enjoy both videos!

The band became a cult favorite in the Los Angeles club scene and after becoming a MySpace phenomenon, they landed a deal with Century Media Records.

Here they are with their first single called Beautiful Tragedy. Enjoy!

Pink - Who Knew and Just Like A Pill

Pink is one of those artist's who jumps between rock and pop on a regular basis. Her latest single, Who Knew, is more pop than rock, but it's a good song. My favorite video and song from her was her 2002 single, Just Like a Pill. It's a good rock/pop song, and I love her dark look in the video. Enjoy both videos!
